1. Respect, Dignity, and Safety

You may not post or engage in content or behavior that:

• Harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates others
• Uses hateful, abusive, or demeaning language
• Targets individuals or groups based on race, caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or similar protected characteristics
• Encourages or celebrates harm or exclusion

We do not tolerate abuse or discrimination in any form.

2. Violence, Extremism, and Dangerous Behavior

Content is prohibited if it:

• Promotes, glorifies, or depicts graphic violence
• Encourages physical harm to people or animals
• Promotes terrorism, extremist ideology, or violent organizations
• Provides instructions to carry out violent or dangerous acts

3. Self-Harm and Suicide

Content that encourages, promotes, or provides instructions for:

• Suicide
• Self-harm
• Eating disorders
• Dangerous physical challenges

is not allowed.

We may allow recovery-oriented or support-focused discussions when they do not promote harm.

4. Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)

Verzii has zero tolerance for any content that involves or endangers minors. This includes:

• Sexualized images, videos, or comments involving minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication
• Any content that puts a minor at risk of exploitation or harm

Such content will be removed immediately, accounts permanently banned, and reported to law-enforcement and child-protection authorities.

5. Sexual Content and Nudity

You may not post:

• Pornography or explicit sexual acts
• Sexual exploitation, prostitution, or fetish content
• Any sexual content involving minors

Non-explicit nudity may be allowed in artistic, educational, or medical contexts with proper labeling and discretion.

6. Illegal and Regulated Activities

Content that promotes, enables, or facilitates illegal or dangerous activities is prohibited, including:

• Sale or use of illegal drugs
• Weapons or explosives
• Counterfeit documents or identity fraud
• Financial scams or money laundering
• Instructions to commit crimes

7. Misinformation and Harmful Claims

You may not post content that could cause real-world harm, including:

• False or misleading medical or health information
• Dangerous "cures" or treatments
• Election or civic misinformation
• Public safety misinformation

Verzii may remove, label, or limit the reach of such content.

8. Spam, Scams, and Platform Manipulation

You may not:

• Send spam or mass unsolicited messages
• Run scams, phishing, or deceptive schemes
• Use bots or fake accounts
• Buy or sell likes, followers, or engagement

9. Impersonation and Manipulated Media

You may not:

• Impersonate individuals, brands, or organizations
• Create misleading fake profiles
• Post manipulated, deepfake, or AI-generated content meant to deceive or harm others

10. Intellectual Property

Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to use. Copyright and trademark violations may result in takedowns, strikes, and account termination.

11. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

Verzii provides tools to:

• Report content or users
• Block and mute other users

Reports may be submitted via:

• In-app reporting tools
• abuse@verzii.com

We use automated systems and human moderators to review reports. Actions may include:

• Content removal
• Reduced visibility
• Feature restrictions
• Account suspension or permanent bans
• Reporting to authorities for serious violations

12. Appeals

If your content or account is removed or restricted, you may submit an appeal via the app or by emailing:

appeals@verzii.com

We review appeals and notify users of the outcome.

13. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they create and share. Verzii does not pre-approve content but enforces these Guidelines to protect the community.

14. Global Compliance

These Guidelines are designed to comply with:

• India's Information Technology Rules, 2021
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP)
• International standards such as the EU Digital Services Act

Local laws apply where required.

15. Updates and Contact
